Service was impeccable and room cleaning spot on, location close to everything, slight thudding sound could be heard from the light rail but not loud enough to wake u up.

Central for lovely Sydney / connections airport etc . Expensive but big events on so prices might be higher . A lot of extras have to buy maybe saving on waste but should be free if 4 star ? Eg toothpaste moisturiser . Had to ask for kitchen towels and they didn’t have - hand towels used instead Staff very friendly . Great to be able to leave luggage few hours after check out .

My friend and I shared a twin room, and while it was compact, it was spotless and appointed as you'd expect. Unfortunately the beds were hard as boards! We were booked for 2 nights, but had to leave after one night because of those beds. Staff were apologetic, but offered no solution.
